Hints and Tips
‘Flitter Glu’ is a brand new type of adhesive. Like no other glue out
there! We’ve had it specially made just for you. Even when it’s ‘dry’ or
set it stays tacky until you put coat it with gilding flake or glitter
etc.
Make your Glu Pad
Cut a piece of ‘Cut’n’Dry’ foam about 1”x2” and dip into the pot, taking
about half a teaspoon. Smooch it around on an old plate to distribute
the Flitter Gluevenly onto the Cut’n’Dry. This now acts as your ink pad.
Using Flitter Glu with Rubber Stamps
‘Ink’ up your stamp with Flitter Glu in a dabbing motion and stamp onto
your card. Hint: You don’t have to press as hard as when you’re stamping
with ink as the Flitter just grabs hold of the card. Also you want to be
quick so that the Flitter doesn’t set.
Wash your stamp straight away in plain water. I use a nail brush to get
in all the little nooks and crannies. If you don’t clean it properly,
don’t worry, just use IndigoBlu Stamp Cleaner.
The stamped image will remain tacky, so you can go back to it even the
next day!
Using Flitter Glu with Stencils
Use the Cut’n’Dry pad to dab over your stencil. Lift your stencil.
You’ll know the Flitter Glu has dried when the milky white appearance of
the glue becomes clear.
The stencilled image will remain tacky, so you can go back to it even
the next day!
NEXT.....
Glitter effect…. Sprinkle randomly with 4 different colours of ultra
fine glitter. Tap off….TA DAH!
Gilding Flake…Put your flake in a A5 box so its easier to handle.
TIP..wipe the box and your hands with a tumble dryer sheet and it won’t
stick to everything!!
Sprinkle flake over your stamped card, over the box to catch the excess.
Rub with the palm of your hand.
Place your card on the desk and polish with a ‘Scoochy’……

Health and Safety Malarky
It’s safe to use on rubber and good quality clear stamps but wash them
if you don’t want them to be sticky!
We don’t recommended eating it, putting it in your eyes or lathering it
on your skin coz that would not be good!
