While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered then you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Pricing Policy

Samuel Taylors will strive to keep price increases to a minimum, but we reserve the right to apply any increases passed on to us by our suppliers where necessary.

Delivery - we only deliver to mainland UK

Most orders are despatched the same day if received before 12 noon. After 12 they will be dispatched next working day. In the rare event that there is a stock shortfall we will let you know as soon as possible.

We send regular orders by first class post. Heavier and more expensive items are sent via a secure courier service. Our courier covers most of the UK, but in the rare instance that you are outside their delivery zone we will e-mail you with a delivery price using parcelforce.

Our postage and packing charges are  £1.95 and anything over £40.00 is FREE DELIVERY.

V.A.T

V.A.T from 4th January 2011 will be 20%.
